同樣是素蠔油,價錢又差不多。但一個是用化學鹽酸水解胺基酸液加調味料做的,另一個是純釀造做的,你會選那個?

    1. 如果你要靠舌頭分辨,這要同時拿兩瓶素蠔油,加上可分辨的味覺跟適當的食材作比較才能知道差在哪。
      但現在台灣已經規定要『老實』標示原物料,所以只要看到水解、酸解、胺基酸液都可以直覺辨別為化學醬油。
      前提也是要廠商不要像某些廠商玩文字遊戲就好。
