2010.7.9 一早的體重

在上次2010.6.9的體重還高達75.9kg, 現在總算突破75kg這道超難跨過的牆,由於已經知道自己的基礎代謝率,現在只要三餐正常,加上下班走路就可以穩定降低體重。

星期六、日休假會盡量用走路來做運動。
